CTC is excited to announce that we will register all installed Furnace, A/C and Heat Pump equipment. Registering for our customers will give them a 10 year parts warranty across all CTC’s lines of equipment installed. CTC, at the same time, will give a 3 year labor warranty in addition to the 10 year parts warranty.

This combination of parts and labor warranty will assure our customers 3 full years of peace of mind. CTC, as always, offers a no-cost reduced rate Service Agreement Plan (CAP) to maintain your equipment per manufactures warranty.

What’s better than knowing your HVAC system is not likely to give you an unpleasant surprise anytime soon? You don’t have to be a pro to know what’s going on with your products—all you need is Condon Total Comfort’s annual maintenance service. Our Comfort Assurance Program allows enrolled members to receive discounted annual check-ups on their heating and cooling systems to prevent costly repairs and ensure peace of mind.
