Dennis Werch first joined the Condon Total Comfort family in 2002 as a Sales Associate and eventually purchased the company in September of 2014 with his wife, Debra. Dennis met Debra while they were both attending Ripon High School in Ripon, WI. They started dating and never looked back. They have been married 41 years and have three grown children, 13 grandchildren and two German Shorthaired Pointers—to round out their not-so-little family. Since taking on the responsibilities of leading Condon Total Comfort, Dennis and Debra have dedicated their efforts to seeking 100% customer satisfaction, while proactively creating a rewarding work environment for their family of employees.
