We are very eager and qualified to work within Wisconsin Green Built Standards, and are pleased to have custom designed and installed the HVAC system in the Historic Berlin School project in Berlin, WI. The careful rehabilitation and renovation project converted the vacated 1918 brick middle school into 40 beautiful two, and three-bedroom apartments. Our state licensed CTC design team expertly blended form and function to protect and enhance many of the building's original architectural details.
